Methodology

How we compare proxies and check prices

We compare recorded provider terms: proxy type, countries, price, minimum order, payment methods and trial availability. The source and date belong to a specific price record; check your selected order and total on the provider site before paying.

Tables show a rate per IP or port for 30 days, or per GB, with the minimum quantity stated. Package-only offers show the full package price: for example, the recorded Fineproxy plan is $12 for 100 IPs for 30 days. Period and currency conversions are noted beside the price; exchange rates use a dated CBR snapshot. A rate at the minimum order and a separate bulk discount are different terms. We show “on website” when no usable numerical price is available; prices awaiting a re-check are labelled separately.

RS Score contains archived editorial assessments, not evidence of current quality. The stored records have no published measurement date, IP sample or reproducible protocol. They include MTU in bytes: packet size, rather than the percentage of packets lost. A price check date does not date these assessments or a support response. Unconfirmed promo codes are not presented as active.
